If you are homeless or at risk of becoming homeless, contact the Putnam County Department of Social Services at (845) 225-7040. If you are homeless or at risk of becoming homeless, you should fill out an application for the HUD Housing Choice Voucher Program. Applications are available at the PCHC front desk. The office is open Monday through Friday from 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. |
