WHAT ARE MAINTENANCE EMERGENCIES ?
Major heating, electrical or major plumbing problems (flooding and broken pipes) which CANNOT wait until normal business hours. LOSS OF ELECTRICITY DUE TO A POWER OUTAGE SHOULD BE REPORTED TO THE UTILITY COMPANY (NYSEG).
Repairs should be reported to the site manager during office hours 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., Monday through Friday with the exception of holidays.

The Maintenance Supervisor and maintenance personnel meet daily to review all repair requests. Emergency repairs will be performed within 24 hours. Non-emergency repairs will be performed in the order they are received, usually within a 7-day period.

NON-EMERGENCY REPAIRS INCLUDE:
Faucets dripping, door not opening properly or clogged toilets.
Should your toilet become clogged, PLEASE make every effort to unclog the toilet. Tenants should purchase their own plungers in case this situation arises. Tenants will be charged for ALL labor regarding foreign objects that need to be removed. Foreign objects include sanitary napkins, paper towels, cat litter or diapers.
Call office to report poor condition and remain inside until they have been corrected.
